Are these original paintings or prints?
All DevenyArose artwork consists of original oil paintings created by hand. Each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind - you won't find these anywhere else!

Do the paintings come framed?
No, paintings are sold unframed so you can choose a frame that perfectly matches your décor and personal style. This also helps keep shipping costs lower and prevents damage during transit.
What sizes are available?
Each product listing includes the exact dimensions. Our current collection ranges from 16"x16" to 27.5"x19.5". Custom sizes may be available upon request.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by location:
- UK: 5-10 business days
- EU: 7-14 business days

Do you provide tracking information?

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How should I care for my oil painting?
Oil paintings are quite durable! Simply dust gently with a soft, dry cloth occasionally. Avoid direct sunlight to preserve the colors, and keep in a stable environment away from extreme temperature changes.
Can I hang the painting in a bathroom or kitchen?
While oil paintings are relatively durable, we recommend avoiding areas with high humidity or steam (like bathrooms) or areas with cooking fumes. These environments can affect the longevity of your artwork.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, changes may not be possible.
What is your return policy?
